CONFERENCE ROOM RATES

Deluxe Queen/King: $179 x 12% (current tax rate) and a Tourism Promotion and Assessment fee of $4.00 per room, per night will also be applied. Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon.

NOTE: you will see a $10 daily destination amenity fee, when you make this reservation. Please ignore it. Per our contract, this fee is waived; however, they can’t remove it from the link. Any final room reservations totals will not have this cost added to them.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 
  • The hotel does require a credit card upon check-in for incidentals.
  • If paying by check – the hotel will need to receive it two weeks prior to your stay. Once you have made your reservations through the link, email us a copy to c2everett@council2.com. We will have the hotel issue an invoice for you to mail your payment. 
  • Please note the May 10th deadline – After that date any rooms remaining on our block will be released. Availability after May 10th cannot be guaranteed.

PARKING:

The Davenport Grand Hotel self-park garage is located on the comer of Washington and Riverside Avenue and the valet garage is located off Spokane Falls Blvd at the main entrance. The following prices are subject to change:
  • Self-Park Rates:
    • $5 for hour 1-4/$1 each additional hour
    • $17 overnight
  • Valet Rates:
    • $17 event valet
    • $22 overnight valet

ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION/PARKING NEEDS:
Should your group require special transportation and/or parking options, the following fees will apply:

RENTAL VAN: For large group arrivals/departures or special transportation to and from locations other than the airport, the associated costs are $150, plus tax, based on availability with a two-hour minimum and $75 plus tax, per each additional hour. These rates are subject to change.

A tentative Agenda of all events/locations will be included in the pre-convention packet and will ONLY be E-MAILED to all delegates/alternates listed as of May 19th. This mailing will occur the week of May 22nd.

Friday: 10:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30-10:00 a.m.

CONVENTION OFFICIALLY CONVENES: 
The morning of Saturday, June 10th.
