Council 2 provides support and resources to Local Unions; empowering our members to improve their work lives through collective bargaining, contract enforcement, and group advocacy.

COUNCIL 2

              

The Washington State Council of County and City Employees, (WSCCCE) AFSCME, AFL-CIO represents more than 16,000 employees who provide services to the citizens of Washington state. It is a democratic union providing a real voice for its members through active participation and professional representation. The Union works to preserve and enhances workers' compensation and benefits. It also promotes job security and improves other employment conditions.

COUNCIL 2 EXECUTIVE BOARD


During the 57th Biennial Council 2 convention on June 29, 2025, in Vancouver, Washington, nominations and elections were held for all Council 2 District Executive Board representatives. The following members were elected to serve a two-year term, expiring at the next biennial convention in 2027:
