The deadline to register for the conference is the end of business day, January 17, 2025.
Registration fees:
$50 per attendee (non-Council 2 Executive Board Members) including guests. You will have the option to pay online or via check.If paying by check, make your check payable to:

(If you are unable to send your check or pay online in advance, checks will be accepted at registration.)

***Confirmation numbers will only be emailed. Please register with your current personal email address.
Confirmation numbers and a tentative agenda will be emailed a week before the conference.

ROOM & TAX RATE
$169 per night + 12.5% Room Tax + $2 Tourism Assessment Fee = $192.13
(Hotel rooms rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.)
Note: You will receive the hotel link to reserve your room after you complete your registration form.
Parking = $16.00 local and overnight parking.
The hotel will require a credit card upon check-in and will place a $50.00 per day hold for incidentals. You will be responsible for paying for your room charges upon checkout.
***ROOM RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY JANUARY 17, 2025***
Room availability and hotel rate cannot be guaranteed after that date.
